Felipe A. Lembcke is a Chemical Engineer, inventor, entrepreneur, and educator with more than 25 years of professional experience in membrane technology, water treatment, process engineering, oil and gas operations, environmental systems, and research and development.

He is the Founder, President, and Principal Research Engineer of Molecular Filtration, Inc., where he leads the development of advanced ceramic membrane technologies for water treatment, hydrocarbon-water separation, desalination, produced water treatment, azeotropic separations, and environmental applications.
